I would say just don't go there.
You're not even safe on foot.
They don't seem to have grasped the idea that there
should be some sort of traffic control at junctions.
or even a rule for right of way.
nope! just keep on going until you hit something.

Looks like they expect everyone else to stop or get out of the way.
Reminds me of a sketch Jasper Carrot did once, which he described the Chinese driving much like in the video I though of course it was exagerated for comedy effect.
