If you don't want to have to download all the server sounds as you join the server, then you'd better download the .rar file of the servers sounds from here:

 Server Sounds                                    

When you have downloaded the file, unzip it and place the folder and it's contents in your hl2mp/sound directory.

You should end up with hl2mp/sound/sanctuaryuk   plus another sub directory in that one called actions.
